Train our staff to be competent, courteous and helpful at all times.
Keep our vans bags and premises clean and tidy and adhere to strict NO SMOKING policies throughout.
Maintain the highest possible standard of quality and service consistant with our prices and display our prices clearly at all times.
Have all orders ready for agreed delivery times as stated unless provented to by exceptional circumstances.
Investigate any complaint promptly and if requested reprocess, FREE OF CHARGE, any article which is unsatisfatory due to fault on our part.
Pay fair compensation in the unlikely event that we lose, or damage an item beyond repair that is reported to us within 24hrs as per the Textile Services Association Ltd guidelines with a limited liability to 10 times the cost of laundering and ironing of the garment.
